01. Acceptance & Age Eligibility
By entering your email address, you confirm that:

- If you are under 18 years of age, you have received the permission of your parent or legal guardian to submit your email for early access notifications.
- You are the authorized holder of the email address provided.
02. Nature of Early Access Registration
Registering for Y2Ask early access entitles you to:
- An email notification when Y2Ask launches public early access on web, iOS, and Android.
- Priority access to claim your username upon public rollout.
- Surprise early bird perks or badges provided to early community members.
Pre-registration does not create an obligation or paid contract, and features may be refined prior to general release.
03. Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy
You agree not to misuse the Y2Ask platform or its notification system. Specifically, you agree NOT to:
- Submit email addresses belonging to third parties without their express authorization.
- Employ automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or programmatic loops to submit bulk entries or circumvent the 12-hour anti-spam rate limiter.
- Attempt to inject malicious payloads, SQL/NoSQL injection queries, or exploit server actions.
- Impersonate any individual, brand, or trademark.
04. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, graphics, visual identity, branding, logos, code, domain names, and design elements associated with #Y2ASK, y2ask.link, and the upcoming mobile apps are the exclusive intellectual property of the Y2Ask Team. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or distribute any proprietary assets without our express written permission.
05. Disclaimers & Governing Law
The early access website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
